HP ENVY 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-ep1000 (322X6AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I have asked this question to service support in Hong Kong, but no reply yet for over a week, hope that some folks in here can provide answer to my question.

I would like to know if Envy 15-ep1027TX can be upgraded to GEN12 i9, 128Gb ram?

If yes, can I upgrade it myself, or need to send the laptop to service center to perform the upgrade?

Thanks in advance.

Its specs

1. CPU: No, it is soldered to its system board, you have to replace it with a new system board (if available)

2. RAM: No, the best you can get is 64GB

Regards.
