Product: Pavilion 15-bc403na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm currently having the 100% disk problem and I pretty sure the HDD is on its way out I know this because it's the second HDD I've had in it and I've owned it nearly 2 year so I'm looking to replace my HHD with a SSD and I'm wondering whether it can be done with my model of laptop?

It can be replaced with a SSD ( you might need a mounting adapter) from the Crucial site and
