Can I upgrade my Laptop with Crucial 2.5 Inch SSD - Crucial MX500 1TB SATA 2.5-inch 7mm Internal SSD (CT1000MX500SSD1)

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know whether you can add an SSD and also upgrade the RAM.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
The maximum supported memory on your computer is 16GB and you can add up to 16GB of RAM.
Your computer is not tested with an SSD by HP. However, you can go ahead and install the SSD and it should work fine. However, it is my personal opinion.
