Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Can I upgrade my hardware - HP Laptop 15-dy1022la ( Intel Optane Memory 16GB + Intel QLC 3D NAND SSD 256GB) to  Intel Optane Memory 32GB + Intel QLC 3D NAND SSD 512GB ?

 

If so, where to buy it?

Hello oseguedag.

According to your manual your laptop supports (and was sold with) either a m.2 2280 SATA drive or a m.2 2280 PCIe (nvme) drive. Intel Optane memory is no longer relevant, any more than horse-drawn carriages or buggy whips. In fact, I saw somewhere that Intel is (finally) discontinuing. Just get yourself a fast nvme 2280 m.2 ssd or a cheap 2280 sata m.2 ssd.
