hi all 

 

I have HP Pavilion dv6870ee Intel Core2 Duo processor T8100
Can I upgrade Core 2 Duo T8100 to Core 2 Duo T9600?
Is it compatible?

No but if you upgrade the BIOS to at least F.45 you can install a T9500.

Do I need to "F.45"
Or download the latest version "F.58 A"

Anything F.45 or higher as BIOS updates are cumulative. It is probably a good idea to upgrade to the latest BIOS anyway if you can but not needed for installing a T9500 as long as you have at least F.45.
