Can I change the RAM/SSD? If possible, how many Slots have it? Which form factor has the M.2 SSD?

You can upgrade to max 32GB of DDR4 2400MHz RAM (2x16GB)

Ex

https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-14s-dk1123au#memory

 

You can upgrade the M2 PCIe NVMe SSD to one of higher capacity (no limit) and of your preferred brand
