Hi there! I want to upgrade my RAM memory to 16gb, but im not sure i have all the information i need in order to buy fully compatible modules. All i could gather so far is i need 2 modules 8gb each, ddr4, 3200mhz and compatible with an AMD Rayzen laptop, but im not sure if thats all. If you could provide me with a list of modules compatible with my computer so i can see what fits in my budget it would help me so much. Also im a little confused of what i actually have, when i checked on my command prompt it appears i have 2 modules samsung, is that correct?
Thanks in advance,
Valeria.

You can download and use CPU-Z to see what is installed for hardware (memory and SSD) in your laptop.
CPU-z is free and virus/malware free.

Your laptop may or may not be upgradeable for memory. Memory type is DDR4-3200 1.2 v.
The soDIMM memory module slot(s) are covered by a silver heat spreader. Take a look at the internal view at the hyperlink below.

You can upgrade the M.2 SSD. I recommend the Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVME SSD.

Hi, @Valeria0507
A pair of these memory chips should work fine in your notebook.
If you're interested, the notebook can support 2 x 16 GB of memory.
This would be the compatible 16 GB memory chips you would need to upgrade to 32 GB:
The service manual is going to indicate (chapter 1) that the memory is not upgradeable, but there is a memory removal and replacement procedure in chapter 5.
Here is a discussion from a while back which shows that someone upgraded the memory in the model series:
