I would like to add more RAM. What is the maximum amount I can put in? 2133 MHz is the maximum clock speed?
When adding an SSD to M.2 connectors, is the SATA or PCIe protocol? If PCIE, then with NvME?

Your machine has 8 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB). You can add 8GB more using SAME existing RAM or the following compatible RAM
https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/pavilion-15-cc501nw/CT10689006 (it will run at 2133).
For M.2 slot, your machine uses SATA 3 and you can use the following compatible guaranteed M.2 SSD's
