Not true. DDR4 SO-DIMM is DDR4 SO-DIMM. All the same. Not sure what is going on here.

Then i dont know too but for me that module look different too than in video.

Until you have opened the laptop and tried to insert the module you have no idea. Impossible to tell from the video. Stop spreading bad information if you do not know.

I ask from shop more information and yes you was right RAM is correct size for this laptop but when they put this RAM keeping restart after that alltime so thats why they need to order another RAM module.

OK I can't tell by looking if the module is defective but that is absolutely the correct size and type of memory
