How much memory the maximum can be added? I have one slot on the motherboard, DDR3L 8Gb.

HP, why isn't this information on the laptop description page ?! Why should I register somewhere, waste time, and wait until they answer me ?!

Hi:
HP never lists the max memory on the specs page.
They only list what memory the PC comes with.
If you want to know the max memory, you have to look it up in the maintenance and service guide.
The problem is, the maintenance and service guides are only in English, so if you look them up under the Russian language, you will not see the manual you need to find that information.

You will find the memory upgrade info in chapter 1 of the maintenance and service guide.
There is one memory slot, and the max memory the slot can support is 1 x 8 GB.
Hopefully, I did not waste too much of your time waiting for a fellow non-HP employee to answer your question.

Thank you for your reply!
"The problem is, the maintenance and service guides are only in English, so if you look them up under the Russian language, you will not see the manual you need to find that information.", and what, Russian-speaking people are not something. I tried to find this manual myself yesterday, but to no avail. Why is it impossible to write on the description or technical specifications page that the manual is only on the English page. Or post a link to this guide, on all language pages. This is a corporation HP, and not a house in the village.

You're very welcome.
As I wrote yesterday, I don't work for or represent HP.
I am not the HP complaint department, so I can't fix any of their shortcomings.
I suggest you address your concerns to the HP executive team at the link below.
