Hello, I own an HP 15s-eq3045AU or 15-e3000 (4X377AV) laptop. Can I upgrade the ram to 32GB even if the configuration is up to 16GB?

Yes, both your HP 15s-eq3045AU, according to: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-15s-eq3xxx-(ryzen) and your 15-e3000 (4X377AV) laptop, as per: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=4X377AV, which HP references as an HP LAPTOP 15-EF2097NR, according to: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-15-ef2097nr-, can be fitted with 2 x 16GB RAM.
