Hi,
I need to know if HP Spectre 13-4106nf x360 Memory / RAM can be Upgrades,

Actually 4GB as native, but want more, 16GB, 32GB... 64GB,
Is it possible ?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to upgrade the memory in your notebook.
Below is the link to the product specs...
HP Spectre x360 13-4106nf Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
According to the specs, it comes with 4 GB DDR3L SDRAM (onboard).
"Onboard' means the memory is an integral part of the motherboard and is not removable or upgradable.
Below is the link to the service manual.
Notebooks in that model series came with motherboards that had either 4 GB of memory or 8 GB of memory.
You can see chapter 3 for the list of supported motherboards.
