I want to upgrade my Notebooks RAM. Currently I am using 4 GB ram. Up to much I can upgrade my Systems RAM.

My system Model No. is AY514tx

The specs of your machine is

You should be able to add same part # 820569-005 to slot 2 to have 8GB or upgrade to 16GB (2 x 8GB) max using the following compatible RAM (will run at 2133MHz)

 

          https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k8g4sfs824a/ct11909453
