Hello, I am trying to upgrade my RAM to 16GB for work. Right now I am at 4GB.  How do i get the upgrade ?

I can assist you with this.

 

Please provide your laptop's model number, type in: System Information in your lower Windows search bar, click on the System Information app, and look to the right of "System Model" and "System SKU" and provide that information.
