I can assist you with this.
Please provide your laptop's model number, type in: System Information in your lower Windows search bar, click on the System Information app, and look to the right of "System Model" and "System SKU" and provide that information.
Kind Regards,

Your HP 14-cf2xxx Laptop PC (5T9T7UA) accepts DDR4 PC4-21300, 2666 MHz, Non-ECC, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks.
To increase your RAM from 4GB to 16GB, and based on RAM performance data from HP System Laptop 14-cf2xxx users found here, here are some excellent 2x8GB RAM options:
2x8GB Hynix HMA81GS6DJR8N-VK:
2x8GB Samsung M471A1K43DB1-CTD:
2x8GB Micron MTA8ATF1G64HZ-2G6E1:
Do you know how to swap RAM sticks, or do you know someone who could assist you with this?
Kind Regards,
