I have a Laptop HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0043dx with 32GB Intel Optane H10 and SSD of 512MB. I need upgrade the SSD at least to 1TB. That is possible? Can you recommend me a new one?

Yes, you can use larger capacity M.2 SSD. But the Intel H10 is physically has Optane and normal SSD on one piece of hardware therefore you need same hardware OR you have to disable relationship/Optane before install new drive . Please use the following Guide to disable Optane
After that you can clone old drive to new larger capacity drive then up you go.
