i have HP OMEN 17" laptop with i5-8300H & GTX-1050 2GB and can i upgrade video card to any other GPU with 4GB VRAM???

Hi:

 

Not without replacing the motherboard with one listed in your PC's service manual that comes with better graphics.

 

The cost of the motherboard part alone would exceed the total price you paid for the notebook, making such an upgrade an extremely poor investment.

 

Better to sell or trade in your notebook and get one that you are 100% satisfied with.
