Hi!
I want upgrade Wi-Fi module in my laptop, which support standart 802.11ac or ax (beacause old module support only 802.11bgn).
Which Wi-Fi module should I buy in order to be compatible with my laptop?

Hi:
Two questions...
1. I can't find any specs on your notebook. What model processor does it have? Intel core or AMD?
The model processor determines what model wifi card you can install in some cases.
2. How many antenna wires are connected to the bgn card you have in there now?
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.

Hi:
You can upgrade to this Intel dual band AC wifi card with bluetooth.
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0 HP Part # 710661-001
You should be able to find the card on eBay by searching by the HP part number.
There are some sellers in China that ship to almost every country in the world, if you can't find one locally.
Before you install the Intel card, go to the Windows control panel>programs>uninstall a program.
If there is any Ralink bluetooth software listed there, uninstall it.
Then go to the device manager, click to expand the bluetooth device manager category, right click on the Ralink bluetooth device, select Uninstall and check the uninstall driver box.
Then go to the network adapters device manager category, click to expand that category, right click on the Ralink wifi adapter listed there, select Uninstall and check the uninstall driver box.
Shut down the PC, unplug it, and remove the battery.
Install your replacement Intel wifi card and enjoy the faster wifi speeds.
Here are the specs on the Intel 7260 AC...

Thanks!
What about the module with support for standard AX (Wi-Fi 6), will my laptop support it?
for example such as Wi-Fi 6 MPE-AX3000H
