I used the 'The PC Heath' App to see if my PC meets the requirement to upgrade to Windows 11. It met all the requirements except my CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx
I would like to upgrade this. But have no idea where to start. (I would like if the new CPU is also a Ryzen)
I understand it has to be compatible with the motherboard and update the BIOS (which also i don't know how to do)
Motherboard ID : HP 8449
BIOS : F.10-05/17/2018
Would i need addition cooling system, because of a new CPU?
I have already backed up my PC to a hard drive. Therefore I am not worried if anything gets deleted (which will it? if the CPU is replaced?) so any advice/recommendations to how upgrade my RAM (current is 8GB, do not know if there is an additional slot, I haven't opened my PC) and also how to add an SSD card (current one is 1TB) or should I delete all that i have on my PC to free up space.
Any help would be appreciated, Thank You

Hi:
Unfortunately, you can't upgrade the CPU because it is an integral part of the motherboard, and your PC has the best processor offered in the model series according to the specs.
HP Pavilion 24-r101na All-in-One Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Support
According to the memory upgrade info you can install up to 2 x 16 GB of memory.
You'd have to take the PC apart to see if it has a M.2 slot for a SSD.
While the motherboard specs indicate that it does, on the models that only came with a mechanical hard drive, the M.2 slot is usually not there.
You could replace the mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD, and that would help quite a bit.
If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2/22H3.
You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.

I have no idea what a beelink is.
If it's one of those mini PCs and comes with W11, then it should work because the product specs for your PC indicate it has an HDMI in port.
I don't see any reason why your PC wouldn't run W11 just fine
But the only way to know for sure would be to upgrade to W11 and see how it runs
Making your PC's hardware fully W11 capable is not an option.
