Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We are struggling to find the right ribbon and sleeve to upgrade the harddisk with an additional one. What is the model number for the ribbon that I need to purchase. Also is there anything specific I should get to upgrade the ram?

1. RAM:  You can upgrade to 16GB by adding same existing 8GB to slot 2 or using the following compatible RAM (will run at 2133MHz)

2. STORAGE: Looks like you don't need cable but you need

                 The hard drive rubber sleeve is available using spare part number 924283-001
