Hi,
I have a question about maximum ram capacity on my hp 15-ac613nl. I don't know if i could buy an 8 Gb ram DDR4 (and which frequency??) for upgrade my system.
Can you help me.. I've tried to find this information on web but..

Only DDR3L memory is supported.
I recommend this kit...Crucial 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) DDR3L-1600 SODIMM
CT2KIT102464BF160B
DDR4 memory won't fit in the memory slot because it has a different number of contact pins and the notch is cut in a different place to prevent the installation of unsupported memory.

You're very welcome.
You can add an 8 GB chip to the 4 GB chip, and have 12 GB.
However, with that configuration, the memory runs in the lower performing single channel mode like it is now with one empty memory slot.
By installing memory in matching capacities, (2 x 4 GB or 2 x 8 GB), the memory runs in the better performing dual channel mode.
