Hi:

I'm surprised it didn't work because chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that NVMe SSD's are supported.

HP Pavilion Power 15 Laptop PC* Model numbers: 15-cb000 – 15-cb099 Maintenance and Service GuideIMPO...

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install a M.2 SATA SSD.

Something like this:

Amazon.com: Western Digital 1TB WD Blue SA510 SATA Internal Solid State Drive SSD - SATA III 6 Gb/s,...

Yes, the SSD in the device is SAMSUNG MZVLW128HEGR-000H1 pm961 nvme , and some told me that it supports nvme installation, but not the newer types because the device is old. Can you verify this information, please

Yes that is probably the case, and if your notebook came with that model SSD you will probably have to live with the same one or see if you can buy the same model (PM961) in a larger capacity such as this one:

512GB Pm961 Nvme Ssd for sale | eBay

Can you see if I can buy another model on a site like Amazon please?

HP Recommended

That model is not available on Amazon

I checked before posting the eBay links.

I wouldn't have any idea what other NVMe SSDs would work, so if you want a new drive, I recommend you buy the M.2 SATA SSD I posted.
