I have 15q-ds00026TU Laptop Model. My TPM is 1.16. How can I improve to TPM 2 level? My current OD is win 10_ 64. I am unable to upgrade to win 11. Can I add some hardware or related system, from the market? Please help... Thanks

Hi:
Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with any problems encountered by using Macrium Reflect/
I recommend you post the error on their support site, and hopefully someone will be able to help you.
I have never had any problems with the software, and I have used it for several years now.

Hi:
Unfortunately, you can't upgrade the TPM security chip to v2.0.
Also, your notebook's Intel® Core™ i3-7020U processor does not meet Microsoft's W11 processor requirements.

If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2.

Paul... I did exactly as instructed by you... till downloading and installing the MARICUM Software. But, when trying to do the "Backup"... it did not function. It says "vBoot" could not be detected... and refused to move forward

Paul Tikkanen, Yaaaaahooooo! ... I took a risk, straight away installing the OS. And, though it took almost 3 hrs and 25 min, total time... I think the upgrade is SUCCESS. I quickly tried to work on the new upgraded system and found things OK, and all looked in sound shape. The Marico item seems to be not of any real use. I would uninstall the same ... and do hope that they don't plant any surveillance system in the PC. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Best wishes and regards
