OMEN by HP - 17-an012dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After downloading an app from Microsoft to check if my laptop can be upgraded to Windows 11,  it told me my laptop Processor wasn't good enough and it could not find TPM on my laptop!  Is there anything I can do as it will be obsolete come October 2025.

Hi:

If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2.

You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.

I tried your solution on my HP Omen, but wouldn't work for me, I will keep trying.  The only thing the PC health check didn't like was the processor which is an Intel I7.  Thanks for your assistance.

You're very welcome.

If the in-place upgrade failed, you would have to back up your files and clean install W11.

I had a couple of PC's where the upgrade was progressing fine, got to around 80%, and the PC suddenly returned to the W10 desktop with no errors or warnings.

I then booted from the Rufus installation media, clean installed W11, and that worked fine.

You have to use the version of Rufus that I attached in the discussion, which has the W11 hardware check bypass option.
