I was thinking of upgrading to Window 10.

Any problem of my notebook with Window 10?

Windows 10 uses approximately 10 GBs of disk space.

The minimum disk space available is to facilitate the installation process.

Some install files are compressed and need to be expanded during setup.

Some files are temporary and are deleted during or after installation.

Also, because you might have data and apps on the hard disk, they will be moved around during the upgrade.

Hi:

HP supports the 840 G2 for W10.

There is a full set of drivers on the support page.

HP EliteBook 840 G2 Notebook PC Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support

You can read the info at the link below to see if you can get the free upgrade to W10.

Here's how you can still get a free Windows 10 upgrade | ZDNet

You start by clicking on the blue Update Now button at the link below to start the upgrade to W10.

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

You have 30 days to go back to W7 if you don't like W10 or things don't work as you expected as long as you don't delete any files.
