I would like to know if is possible to upgrade any component in this laptop. Also is there any videos on how to take off the back plate as I have not found any.

Hi,

You can upgrade the RAM to max 32GB of DDR4 3200MHz RAM (2x16GB)

make sure to purchase RAM that runs at this speed without XMP

You can upgrade the M2 PCIe NVMe SSD to a higher capacity one from your preferred brand. There is no limit to capacity.

Just a general question about upgrading the SSD/clean install. Would the HP support assistant no longer show the current charge cycles and other info about the battery?
