You need to know that the product key for the preloaded HP OEM version of Windows is embedded into the firmware of the motherboard.  When you change motherboards, you will be throwing away the only product key that works on your Windows install.  So when you restart using the new motherboard, Windows will deactivate and you will not be able to reactivate is as HP will not issue you a second product key.

You will then have to BUY a copy of Windows and install that over the top of what you have because the product key that comes with that copy can't be used to activate your current version of Windows.

I'm guessing that is a cost you have not planned on.

I only mention this because you say you are on a budget -- and the cost of retail copy of Windows is easily $100 or more.

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

HP 15 Laptop PC (Intel)HP 15g Laptop PCHP 15q Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide

Chapter 3 has the list of supported motherboards with their HP part numbers.

Motherboards that come with Windows product keys have the suffix code of -601.

If you buy one of those motherboards, you will not have to purchase a Windows license or product key.

If you buy a motherboard with a discrete GPU, you will also have to buy the heat sink that is used for notebooks with the discrete graphics adapters.

As far as where you can buy any of the motherboards and the heat sink you are interested in or what they will cost, I would have no idea.

You will have to do a search by the HP part numbers and see what is available for sale in India.

@WAWood

Activating the windows is not a big deal for now and for me

The main thing is to upgrade the Hardware Components.

Do you have any idea how much it will cost for me to upgrading to  i5 or i7 with a discrete graphics of 2gb or 4gb.

Like I wrote...I can't help you source the parts because you can't buy them from HP, and you live in India, and I live in the United States of America.  I have no idea what sources for computer parts are available to you.

You will have to look on eBay, Amazon, Ali Express, local PC repair shops, etc., and find used but tested and working motherboards that may be available.
