I'm using HP 1000-1300 Notebook PC series  in where I alrealy have 4GB dedicated RAM but I want to upgrade it to 8GB. Can you please tell me is it possible to upgrade to 8 GB?  How Many RAM Slots it has?  It would be very helpful.  Thank you.

Yes it can be upgraded to 8 gigs. Here is the Service Manual:

Manual

Memory 2 customer-accessible/upgradable memory module slots
Supports dual-channel memory
Supports up to 8192 GB of system RAM
DDR3/1600-MHz

See p. 48 for how-to. You need 2 of these:

4-GB (PC3, 12800, 1600-MHz) 641369-001

Or perhaps only one if you already have a 4 gig module but I suspect you have 2 x 2 as the original specs say your model was delivered with 2 gigs and you likely added 2 gigs at some point.
