My Laptop  HP Laptop - 15-di1001tu

I have at present 4 GB system memory. The laptop is just a few months old. I find that when I use programs  like GIMP and  also open several browser tabs etc, the system hangs. I have tried all other methods to speed my laptop and it doesn't help. Let me know whether I can increase my RAM to 8GB by adding another 4GB or replacing the present 4 GB. Will this help speed up my PC.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
