Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I want to upgrade my SSD. I am A+ certified but my experience is limited to DELL. I can’t get one screw out the bottom! And I can’t figure a way to open the bottom cover (all other screws I can get out)! Everything else I could do myself. Why do they make it so hard to physically take apart?!? This should be a very simple task!
