Hi:
Your notebook only has one antenna wire and any better cards would require two antenna wires.
Two better Wi-Fi cards would work, and that would require a complete teardown of your notebook including the display panel, and motherboard, and ordering the dual antenna kit found in chapter 3 of the service manual.
Maintenance and Service Guide HP 15 Laptop PC
If you want to go through all of that work to add a second antenna wire, then you can upgrade to the below card:
Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 802.11ax 2 × 2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 5.0 HP part # L35282-005
The only other suggestion I can offer would be to update the RTL8821CE Wi-Fi card drivers to the latest versions HP currently has, or use a dual band USB Wi-Fi adapter.
Wi-Fi:
Version 2024.10.230.2
Bluetooth:
Version 1.10.1072.3000
