Product: 15-bw013
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I have been tasked with replacing a hard drive in the 15-bw013cy notebook.  How the heck do you open this model?  I don't want to "force" it open and break anything, can't find squat online about how to remove the cover to replace the drive and add a memory module.  I opened a ticket with HP last week but have not heard anything.  Can someone out there help?  Get me a manual, Youtube vid or something!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
