Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Why can't I upgrade the memory in the laptop? Most other computers have the capacity to change the memory, but not my HP.

 

I shows that I have 8GB Samsung 2133MHz, but can have up to 16gb.

It has 8 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB) now. You can upgrade to 16GB (max) by adding SAME 8GB RAM to slot 2 or use the following compatible RAM (will run at 2133MHz)

Thanks for the link to buy the memory and I know I can upgrade to 16gb. The problem is that there is no way for ME to upgrade the memory short of taking my laptop apart. That is what I don't like about this HP laptop, there is no access to the memory slots.
