As long as you don't damage your notebook while upgrading it, the warranty will still be in effect.
If you do ever need to sent it in for warranty, make certain that you remove your upgrade memory and put the original memory back in place. Otherwise you will find that the 32 GB memory modules will have been replaced with the original 8 GB configuration you purchased it with.
