I need help with my usable ram it is 8gb of ram 5.94 gb of ram usable WHY!!!! Plz my laptop model number is 1P5E1AV_1 the proccesor is the AMD Athlon Silver 3050U with Radeon Graphics and the slots used is 1 of 2 slots used Form Factor is SODIMM Plz let me know if this is safe I have all the specs no new configuration again let me know if it is safe

it said updated dec 19 2019 i bought this pc on may 5 and came on may 19 i need more info and it said HP 15z-gw000 PC series but it did not say if it was ok and i did not understand anything on the microsoft playready can you please give me more info here is the specs and tell me if this is safe
