i pluged in the cable and it doesnt charge from the wall, but it works from my computer

  • What is the exact product number of your computer?
  • Are you trying to charge the battery from the USB C port?
  • Was your computer shipped with the USB C charger?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
