HP PAVILION 15-eg0011ns
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!I am experiencing some problems with my laptop HP PAVILION 15-eg0011ns .

I wanna deactivate usb Powering when I shut down my laptop, but there is no way I can do it.

I´ve checked in Device Manager and in Usb Hub ,everything is ok,the tab "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is checked. If I uncheck it,nothing happens.

Please, i need help, the external Usb Hub stays on and consumes power,I need a solution.

The Windows 10 Home was just activated, driveres are all up to date and all software,I bought the laptop yesterday(03.18.2021)

Thanks

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to turn off the USB ports when you shut down the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you boot to BIOS by tapping the F10 on the restart and then look for the USB “Configuration" disable "USB charging". This should disable USB charging when the notebook is turned off.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
