HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15t touch
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Mine is the 2018 model with i5 and intel 620. Does my usbc port support docks. Like Ethernet dongles and such. Also does it support data like if I were to get usbc flash drive.

15m-cn011dx is the model number.

1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s, Power Delivery, DP1.2, HP Sleep and Charge)

So its not Thunderbolt but is full featured. You should be able to use it to charge the battery and run the laptop from a USB-C adapter and it carries a video signal on it. It will work with USB-C docks but would not support an external graphics card as that needs a true Thunderbolt port.

We actually need the full model number. USB-C ports range from data only to Thunderbolt and the exact features of any specific usb-C port has to be found in the detailed specs for your specific model.
