HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg0000 (9WF74AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to upgrade my HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg0000 (9WF74AV) memory to Vengeance LPX Black DDR4 3200MHz 32GB (2x16GB) CMK32GX4M2E3200C16). After installation, the power light is on but the screen only shows a black screen. The old 2*8GB Nanya Technology 3200MHz are working normally

Based on the memory specs you posted the reason the memory doesn't work is because the CL16 timing speed is too fast for your notebook to adjust to.

Just install the standard memory that HP installed in 16 GB capacities in each slot.

DDR4-3200 CL22.

I tested the configuration with Corsair 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL22 SO-DIMM.
Bios reset, same result only black screen (power light on). The originals worked normally again.

Then I tested the device's Max Ram, result 128 GB??HP15MaxRam.png

Then unfortunately I don't know what the problem could be.

I assumed the faster timing was the problem since HP installed CL22 memory in your notebook.
