Product: Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just ran diagnostics on my battery, and I have a battery failure. Yay!...No!.  Unless I want to be tethered to a wall all the time, I'll need to invest in a replacement battery.  Does anybody have the part number for a compatible battery for the Victus 15-fa0012tg?  

I'm a nursing student who doesn't always have access to a power plug, being able to plug and charge is essential!

The battery part number and description is:

 

M39179-005
SKO-BATT 4C70Wh 4.55Ah LI WK04070XL-PL

 

HP does not sell the battery you need, so the only suggestion I can offer would be to do a search by the HP M39179-005 battery part number on Amazon, eBay or laptopbatteryexpress.com and find a compatible aftermarket battery that references that part number.
