Hello,
is there any possibility other than open my laptop and look directly at the ram modules to get to know, which exact ram I will need to upgrade my laptop? The same goes for the ssd. Does this Laptop has multiple m.2-ssd slots?

Its specs
https://support.hp.com/ph-en/document/ish_8115552-8115596-16
A. RAM: It says 32 GB DDR5-5600 MHz RAM (2 x 16 GB). But you can find out the max number using following steps
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.
From here, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
B. STORAGE: The specs says 1 TB PCIe® Gen 4.0 x4 NVMe™ TLC M.2 Solid-State Drive max but you can install 2TB or even 4GB (single sided) drives to your machine.
Regads.
