Why are your laptops so **bleep**!? I am switching from Apple that Ive been with for ten+ years to Windows (for work) and I made a huge mistake by choosing your product. Not 3 hours into my laptop being turned on for THE FIRST TIME and the trackpad doesn't just stop working, a chip or the battery under the trackpad burns up and boils the top of the trackpad. I thought my laptop was going to catch fire like your crappy laptops did in 2017 and 2019. I was concerned for my families safety! ON TOP OF THIS STUNNING EVENT---not were surprised by this---but the support and customer assistance I needed after the sale to fix the issue/replace the unit/ return the unit is NONEXISTENT. Ive had at least 5 different ticket numbers at this point with your people. THIS IS INSANE. I want nothing to do with any of your products EVER again.

I am sorry that happened.

Request for an Assist
- I will submit a request that someone take a look.
Worth Noting
- Our Community is not HP Technical Support.
- Our request for assistance on your behalf does not influence the outcome: Our request is not a magic back door into HP Support.
- The time frame (how long it takes) for a response is not controlled by the Community.
- If / When there is a response, a Community moderator / agent will (should) post back on this thread before using other methods to contact you.
Note to those reading:
- Do not contact random numbers posted in a public or private message by “new members”. Vermin are looking for victims – don’t be next.
- Please do not post any personal or case information here - we cannot make use of the data.
- Posting personal information at a public site increases your risk from rats and scammers.
