Waiting for a live HP sales rep for exchange or return, over 1 hour and 30 mins, Monday 10 am HWT,  UGH!  Why is this taking forever, Never had this headache before.

Going on 3 hours, "extended wait"..

Not the first or last in long line of those in "extended wait", yes in lockdown, but this is just not acceptable.

3 HOURS, REPEAT 3 HOURS on "Extended Wait", & hp customer Hanged up, UGH .  no product support, here.

3 hours on phone, now they just Hang up, no answer, no HP customer support 3 hours, not what I expected. looking at their smiling faces on website.

Back to chat, on line for support, they told me to call, but now back to ask for help
