I have no idea if I've posted this in the right area so here goes.

Hi, I'm realy hoping I can get someone to help me out here. I have a HP Pavilion 16 laptop which runs Windows 11. I'm wanting to get into speedrunning games and want to use the F1 key to refresh the game as other speedrunners do but every time I press the F1 key this window [Content Removed] shows up. I'm wanting to disable the window from opening and just use the F1 key and not expect any pop-ups. Does anyone have any advice for how I can do this? Thanks in advance.
