I cannot find the forum page to receive your message with instructions. I do have a registered Case with a specific number on this Warranty Dispute. It gets no response and I can find no Case status. I bought an HP Laptop December 6, 2022 and HP declares the Warranty expired March 4, 2023. That is the Dispute Case. After over a week trying to seek Customer Support Services, by Virtual paths and Phone tag on this issue, HP has worn me down to the point of my giving up. Now I cannot find the Community Forum. Not at all happy at this end.
