Hi there,
I am still trying to get my warranty information corrected on my system. I tried previously to get this resolved and while I did get a response with a service agent, once they took my details, nothing ever became of it. The HP warranty dispute page does not seem to work for me. I've tried for months on various devices yet it won't let me submit the form. There is a list of options of which one includes attaching image of proof of purchase, yet there is no means of attaching an image to the form. I wonder if this is why I can't submit a dispute. Is there any other means of submitting a dispute as it's been 8 months since my first attempt and I am no further forward since then. I've got an extended warranty and would prefer to get the full use out of it if required rather than it ending earlier than it should.

Looking to correct the record. I've already had one warranty repair for faulty battery and would like to make sure that my details are correct if I require in the future as I opted for extended warranty which shows an incorrect expiry date
