I have attempted to update my warranty status by providing a copy of my receipt with Case Number 5068335741 , but my case is never taken are of as promised within 1 business day. Actually, after waiting for 3 days, my warranty term is still not change. I contacted the HP customer service and I was told the case is still left open. I need assistance in completing this change. Thank you.
