Microsoft Windows 11

Warranty dispute, just purchased this laptop from a bona fide Company and was informed it was sold with 12 Months HP Warranty.

Checked in HP Support Assistant and it states only 1 month left, i have invoice to prove purchase date?

You'll have to contact HP customer service starting at the link below to submit a request to have the warranty start and end dates to coincide with the purchase date on the invoice.

Contact Official HP® Support - United Kingdom | HP® Support

The reason this happens is because HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

So, the longer the PC sits in a warehouse or in a reseller's inventory, the less time remains on the warranty.

If the support assistant has an option to contact HP customer service that way, you can do that as well.
