I bought a new Hp Pavillion X360 around November 2019 and I have been having issues with the touch screen. I took it to HP Authorized Service Center operated by Hinckley Associates (NIG) Ltd. However, I was asked to pay for a product that's still under warranty. I am not happy with the outcome.
Right from inception, HP has been my favorite PC but I feel there is a foul play about this product warranty. I bought the laptop from hp authorized dealer but both the dealer and the service center are not taking responsibility.
They told me the cost of screen replacement is N170,000 for a laptop I bought at N140,000. I need useful information on how to go about this issue. Thank you all.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
