Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
Cheers.

Thank you. Did not get any message apart from details which I provided already.
HP Has been refusing to provide warranty support to 2 of my laptops, giving me no reason as why. Both laptops are within warranty and still. Filed BB complaints, still they refuse and is not honoring their warranty T&Cs.
1. HP OMEN Laptop was repaired 5-6 times, however issue still remains. As per their Warranty terms (90 days extended warranty which follows after any repair), if they are not able to repair, they will replace it. However HP has refused to FIX it or replace it, if they are not able to fix it. Case 5088601030
2. HP Pavilion is within 12 months warranty, and HP will not update their system to reflect the correct warranty end date, which due to this, the system does not let me request for service. I have been following up for last 2-3 months to get warranty, and Joshu refuses to with no reason as why. HP case number 5092568903
