Dear HP Support Team,
I recently submitted my HP Victus laptop for repair under warranty due to a burned charging port. The service center informed me the issue is not covered under warranty and quoted ₹7000 for repair.
I want to clarify that I have used only the original HP charger, and the laptop has not been physically damaged or exposed to moisture. This issue seems to be a hardware defect or a power-related issue that occurred during normal use.
I kindly request a reconsideration of the warranty status or at least a goodwill repair, as the device is still under warranty and has been well maintained.
Looking forward to your kind assistance.
Regards,
Mohd Arkan
